Terms and Conditions
The cost of each Biohacked Boerboels puppy prices range from $2500 USD to $4500 USD regardless of sex. The transport, registration prepared by AKC, NABBA and SABBS, additionally health records (vaccinated and de-wormed) included.
*10% DISCOUNT TO ALL Military, Gov't, First Responders, including recognized professional affiliations. Verification required.
The $500 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The Breeder reserves the right to refuse a Buyer in order to guarantee the best quality of life for the puppy.
Buyers with a remaining balance must be paid prior to the selected puppy reaching 6 weeks of age. If not, the Breeder will offer said puppy to another Buyer. The Buyer's deposit and the remaining balance will be forwarded to the Breeder’s next litter.
The Breeder will ensure each puppy is guaranteed a forever home. The Breeder will evaluate the nature of the puppy on the day it leaves the kennel.
The Buyer is required to explore the breed PRIOR to purchasing. Purchasing a dog is not simple. Taking into account that the puppy ought to be a lifetime friend and live with the Buyer for 10+ years lifespan.
The kennel's name (Biohacked) must be incorporated for puppies, NOT abbreviated. Ex. The Buyer picks the name “Valley” for their puppy's name. The name would be “Biohacked's Valley” for all official purposes. The Breeder will receive credit for all registered litters.
The Breeder will give the Buyer a replacement puppy during the first year as well as a non-transferable health warranty, which shields the Buyer from a puppy that has a dangerous hereditary sickness. Should Buyer’s puppy die, an autopsy is required by the Breeder prior to replacement. If the puppy and/or it’s health records are not made accessible to the Breeder, NO REPLACEMENT will be given.
The Buyer must give OFFICIAL documentation and reports expressing that the puppy suffers from a grave genetic condition from a verified veterinarian. The Buyer must inform the Breeder right away. The Breeder maintains the right to demand a second opinion.
Within 72 hours of taking ownership of the puppy, the Buyer MUST have its health checked by a verified veterinarian (at own expense). If the puppy suffers from a DOCUMENTED AND SEVERE GENETIC condition the Buyer may request a FULL REFUND or request a replacement puppy from the following litter or next accessible puppy inside of one (1) year of purchasing date. The Buyer agrees to cover the delivery charges to send the puppy back to the Breeder.
If the Breeder offers another puppy inside of one (1) year and the Buyer declines, the Breeder is not, at this point obligated to the Buyer. If no substitution puppy is available, the Breeder will offer one (1) additional year to locate an appropriate substitution puppy. Sex of the substitution is not guaranteed.
Within 72 hours of pickup, should the Buyer no longer desire the puppy, the Breeder may accept the puppy back with NO REFUND. The Buyer will have the obligation to ship or potentially organize the arrival and will be charged $250 for re-homing.
NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT will be given to a puppy that was harmed by vaccines, prescriptions, and so forth given by the Buyer's or Buyer's Vet.
The Buyer agrees to not engage their puppy in any criminal operations. If it is discovered that this agreement is not kept then the Breeder reserves the right to reclaim puppy.
The Breeder is relinquished from any legal or monetary issues involving the dog’s actions (biting, etc.)
The Breeder isn't responsible for any ecological components, illnesses, pathogens or parasites the puppy may contract in the course of its life while under the ownership of the Buyer.
The Breeder CANNOT be held accountable for how the Buyer raises his/her puppy, both physically and mentally. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the puppy, and those who interact with it, safe.
Any abuse or other distress to the puppy that may be life-threatening or seriously crippling due to the Buyer's living conditions are not covered.
The Buyer consents to keep the puppy up to date with a licensed veterinarian to prevent any ailment or infestation. The Buyer agrees to feed the puppy a diet of low protein (20% to 26%), low calcium and moderate fat until at least 2 years of age to prevent undesirable growth traits.
If there is any failure to come to an understanding then any court hearings, procedures, and/or mediation will happen inside the State of Alabama, as the law directs.
Reproduction in whole or in any form without express written permission is prohibited..
